By blending Edel’s plant-based intuition with Fergus’s awareness of the land’s story, they create a holistic approach to clearing that honours both the natural world and the land’s identity.
How it works
Begin with a 10-minute Discovery Call so that we can feel the connection between you and your property/land. This is an essential part of the process as a strong connection aids the foundation of a healthy clearing.
Before your clearing session, we’ll ask for an outline drawing of your property to identify areas needing remote energetic clearing. We’ll address these imbalances from a distance and send you crystals by post, along with clear instructions on where to place them to allow your property to return to a natural state of balance.
We complete house clearings in our protected energetic space so we do not take on any of the energies that we are aiming to clear. It is for this reason that we do not allow clients to participate in the session.
We’ll contact you after the session is completed with any insights, impressions or shifts that came up during the process. If Edel intuitively feels that a flower essence remedy would support the re-balancing of energies, she will forward a remedy to you with instructions on its use.

I recently worked with Edel and Fergus for a house energy clearing, and the experience was nothing short of transformative. For a long time, the house felt stuck. The energy was stagnant, heavy, and resistant. When we tried renting it out, it was almost impossible to attract the right tenants, and the ones we did get brought a lot of difficulty. We eventually decided to leave the rental market altogether and sell the property.
But even preparing it for sale became a series of impossible blocks. Every time we attempted renovations, something went wrong: cars broke down on the way to the house, tools and machines failed mid-job, and injuries happened while working there and each incident forcing us to abandon the work yet again.

After the clearing, we were able to complete all the renovations without a single disruption. Everything flowed smoothly for the first time.
When we put it on the market, the right buyers appeared almost immediately. The house is now sale agreed, and the shift in energy and luck has been extraordinary.
